Privacy Policy

The short version

Your calculator entries — times, breaks, pay rates — are processed entirely in your browser and saved only to your own device via localStorage. They are never transmitted to us or anyone else. We cannot see them even if we wanted to.

What we do collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited, from what country, on what device type. This involves cookies and similar identifiers set by Google. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising. We may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites; where required (for example in the EEA and UK) you will be asked for consent before any advertising cookies are set. You can manage ad personalization at Google Ads Settings.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and performance. We do not combine these with any other data.

What we never collect

No accounts, no names, no email addresses (unless you email us), and never the contents of your calculators.

localStorage

Autosave uses your browser's localStorage, which stays on your device. Clearing your browser data, or using the "Clear" button on any tool, removes it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar laws), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Since we hold essentially none, the practical steps are managing cookies in your browser and the Google opt-outs above. For anything else, email contact@timecardtally.com.
